Self-Defense Training

We focus on a wide range of hand techniques, effective body movement and blending, always with a focus on learning to extend and connect to the ki of others.

Weapon Techniques

As beginners become more skilled at aikido, we focus on how to use techniques to disarm or get into a superior position when someone attacks with a weapon.
